Beautiful Antebellum

Growing up Southern is a privilege, really. It's more than where you're born, it's an idea and state of mind that seems imparted at birth. It's more than loving fried chicken, sweet tea, football, and country music. it's being hospitable, devoted to front porches, magnolias, moon pies and coca-cola... and each other. We don't become Southern - we're born that way.

At Astrid & Gastón in Madrid, Spain. Peruan Cuisine 
A delicious dish, part of peruan cuisine specialty that somehow reminds of the Japanese. The fish was perfect, fresh, with great taste. A very light dish, recommended for supper or for those who are not able to finish a big main course.8.5 out of 10 but only because I consider it too little for a main dish. Two more slices of tuna and it would have been perfect. 
Un plato delicioso con un pescado muy fresco de gran calidad y alto sabor.  Es muy ligero, por lo que lo recomiendo como opción para la cena o para personas que se llenen muy pronto.Un 8.5 sobre 10, pero sólo porque me parece poca cantidad para un plato principal, sobre todo tratándose de algo tan ligero.  Con dos lonchitas más de atún, llegaría al 10.
